When ordering, an agreement on purchase is only made when we have confirmed your order through an order confirmation. An order confirmation will be sent within one hour after the order has been received by us. If delivery time changes in the order, you will be notified as soon as possible. You always have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge until the product has been sent. We have ownership and right of return for all products until full payment has been received. To shop with us, you must be 18 years old and we must be able to determine your residential address.


The prices include the VAT rate for orders within the EU. The VAT rate varies depending on which country you shop from. Orders from a country outside the EU are VAT-free.

Upon confirmed order, prices can only be changed by circumstances beyond our control. For example, significantly changed raw material prices, currency changes or changed VAT. No shipping costs are added. Should the price change, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase free of charge.


We always have free shipping and free returns within the EU.

To other countries outside the EU, the fee is SEK 89.

Orders placed before 14.00 on non-holiday weekdays are processed on the same day and are normally delivered within 1 - 3 working days to Sweden, 4 - 8 working days within Europe and 5 - 15 working days to other countries.

We reserve the right for all stock items to be sold out before we have time to update the website, and then we inform customers of the estimated delivery time. The customer always has the right to cancel the purchase free of charge if the item is not in stock. The packages are delivered by PostNord or another carrier to the delivery point or to your home address.

ATTENTION! You agree to the delivery terms for the delivery method you select at checkout. Home delivery in Sweden, Denmark and Finland is delivered to your door without a receipt.

Delivery delays

Sometimes delivery delays occur from our suppliers beyond our control. This can happen, for example, when a supplier is unable to fulfill its delivery obligations to us or problems in the manufacturing process. If this happens, we disclaim liability to the customer for the damage caused by the delay. You can trust that we will always notify you if deliveries are delayed. As a customer, you always have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge in the event of a delivery delay.


We are responsible for transport to you as a customer. You and the transport company bear the risk of a possible return to us.

Right of withdrawal and open purchase

According to the Distance Contracts Act, private customers are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal. This means that you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received the product. We offer our customers 365 days of open purchase. Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging.

ATTENTION! Free returns are valid for a maximum of 30 days from the delivery date. If you want to return the item after 30 days, the customer is responsible for the return shipping and sends the item on their own.


If you want to complain about a damaged or faulty product, please contact us by e-mail as soon as possible. Please let us know before you send the item back by e-mail Attach the invoice / receipt so we can identify the return. Remember that you are responsible for the shipping to us.

In the event of damaged or incorrect goods, we are responsible for return shipping.

In the event of a dispute, we always follow ARN's recommendations.


Refunds are made in the same way you paid with. The amount is always refunded to the same account used at the time of purchase and as soon as possible from the time we have received and approved the return.


We reserve the right to make changes in prices due to large price deviations from our suppliers, typos or other errors that are beyond our control.

Uncollected package

If your package arrives at a delivery point, a notification will be sent to you via e-mail or text message. As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that the mobile number, address and e-mail address you have entered are correct.
If you do not collect your package, you will be charged an administrative fee.
