Do you want to return your order?

We offer our customers both in Sweden and within the EU free returns.

When you shop with us from Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland, you can create your free return label via our return portal and can print the return label directly via a printer or at a retailer via QR code (QR code does not apply to Norway and Finland). You can find the link to the return portal below depending on which country you are returning from.

Are you shopping with us from a different country than above? In this case, we will not automatically send a return label with the parcel, but you need to contact us to order your return label.

If your item does not fit or you are not satisfied with the item and want to return it, please feel free to contact us as soon as possible on the form HERE or by sending an email to customerservice@rotero.se

NOTE! Always enter your order number, so it will be easiest for us to identify your order.

Within 24 hours you will receive a reply to your e-mail with a return slip as an attachment.

Then you should

  • Pack your item properly.
  • Remove the old waybill.
  • Print the return slip you received via email.
  • Tape the return slip to the package.
  • Leave your parcel at your nearest PostNord, UPS or DHL agent (depending on what is written on the return slip).

-Once we have received your return, we will process your refund within 5 working days.

NOTE! Returned goods must be in unused condition and in their original packaging.
